WHO ARE WE?
Gotcha Security began as a commercial surveillance company specializing in CCTV design and installation. We expanded our services to include intrusion, fire alarm, access control and gate entry. Weve helped a variety of businesses big and small across Georgia. Most of our clients are multi-family communities, homeowners’ associations, hotels, warehouses, and commercial buildings.
Big Picture:
The main goal of the Marketing Assistant is to strengthen relationships with existing clients and develop new relationships with prospects via face-to-face site visits. The current target base for this role is Apartment Communities in the Metro Atlanta area.
This is a part-time position that will average 20-30 hours per week. Our office is in Villa Rica, and this position will require time in our office at various times.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Maintain a positive working relationship with current and potential clients.
Site visits and follow-ups.
Post-project follow-up.
Increase brand awareness in target markets.
Daily tasks may include:
Maintain marketing inventory & prepare promotional items such as candy cups, notepads, flyers, brochures etc.
Visit existing clients and new prospects, deliver promotional items, make them aware of the various services we offer, and document any needs or concerns in applicable systems.
Visit clients that recently changed ownership, and make them aware of the systems we currently support for them.
Deliver new client set up forms if applicable.
Promote and coordinate lunch and learns.
Communications including phone calls, emails, handwritten notes, postcards, etc.
Attend networking events, educational seminars, etc.

Outgoing personality.
Professional appearance.
Clean driving record.
Reliable transportation.
Flexibility regarding scheduling, with reasonable notice, including late nights for special events.
Goal driven, self-motivated and reliable.
Excellent verbal and written skills.
Experience with Hubspot and Asana a plus.
Data Entry Skilss.
Microsoft Office Skills.
