Objective: the smoothie king #1 goal is to inspire people to live a healtand active lifestyle. We achieve this by:

• working together to maintain a clean, positive work environment.

• Constantly learning about smoothie king's menu and conveying the value/benefits of product offerings to our guests

Team members follow the instructions of the Manager, shift leaders, and Assistant Managers. We value our team members and seek to find opportunities for advancement for those who seek and work for them.

In order to graduate from training status to team member status, each candidate must pass the smoothie king menu test.

Duties:

• Follow daily operational binder
• Follow shift checklist
• Follow cleaning checklist
