Job description
Kelly is seeking a Sr. Benefits & Compensation Analyst at a premiere client in Mentor, Ohio.
As a Sr. Benefits & Compensation Analyst, you will go beyond routine tasks, designing impactful programs, navigating complex regulations, and influencing key decisions through deep analysis and insights. You will serve as the first point of contact and lead the day-to-day benefit functions, including the administration of all employee insurance and retirement benefit plans. You will partner with key stakeholders to analyze data, identify trends, and develop impactful total rewards strategies. Additionally, you will manage the RFI/RFP process, collaborate with brokers/vendors to secure cost-effective solutions, and proactively design and implement employee well-being programs that promote emotional, physical, and financial well-being.
1st shift 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday

Salary $60,000 - $70,000 based on experience

Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact and lead the day-to-day benefit functions, including the administration of all employee insurance and retirement benefit plans.
Partner with key stakeholders to analyze data, identify trends, and develop impactful total rewards strategies.
Manage the RFI/RFP process and collaborate with brokers/vendors to secure cost-effective solutions.
Proactively design and implement employee well-being programs that promote emotional, physical, and financial well-being.
Oversee the accurate and timely delivery of employer contributions and employee deductions.
Manage vendor relationships and lead employee education efforts for all available programs.
Coordinate and facilitate informative benefit education meetings during open enrollment and throughout the year.
Ensure all plan administration policies comply with COBRA, HIPAA, and ERISA regulations.
Lead annual 401(k) audits, ACA reporting, and 5500 filings for both 401(k) and health benefits.
Monitor compensation strategy and ensure it aligns with current market demands.
Act as backup for payroll and HRIS system management.
Participate in cross-functional team projects, including international insured benefits.
Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, state and federal regulations in total rewards and benefits administration
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field
2-5+ years of experience in benefits administration
Expert-level Excel and Data Analysis skills
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
Must be able to communicate with both management and non-management associates
Extremely detail-oriented
