Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Oracle ERP Functional Analyst with a focus on Finance to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert guidance and hands-on support to our Finance business customers. Collaborating closely with business analysts and stakeholders, you will configure and support the Finance Modules within the Oracle system. Acting as a liaison between IT, business analysts, and various user communities, you will provide high-level technical support and leadership for the maintenance, development, and customization of Finance modules.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide support for Oracle ERP or HCM Cloud applications, particularly focusing on modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Accounts Receivables.
- Evaluate and implement upgrades released by software vendors, leading testing and implementation efforts as necessary.
- Coordinate functional and technical release installations, modifications, and enhancements to existing application design and configuration.
- Manage all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) required for successful implementation in a production environment.
- Review and evaluate software packages as required, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Monitor and track Oracle Finance service tickets, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Develop and maintain complex reports as needed in response to customer requests.
- Identify and implement process improvements through changes in practice, standardization, or IT automation.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and consultants to optimize system performance and lead ERP system enhancements when necessary.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as an IT systems analyst or supporting an ERP system in a complex environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud Applications modules and related applications.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Education: Bachelor's Degree required.

Experience:

- 7 years of experience with Oracle ERP.
- Preferred experience with Oracle ERP Cloud - General Ledger (5 years) and Oracle ERP Finance Module (3 years).
