As we are growing we are looking for a travelling superintendent that doesn't mind traveling about 25 days a month with new build and renovation experience.Guarantees adherence to stringent safety regulations, as well as appropriate training and understanding in all OSHA-related and safety-related fields.
Oversees trades and subcontractors to ensure that fast-moving project schedules are met by deadlines and milestones. In charge of the construction management software's daily reports. Examines all shop and construction drawings to ensure the task is feasible. Weekly Ownership Project Report completion Need to collaborate closely with hotel general managers, project managers, and project engineers Use digital photos to record the project's progress every day. Need to be able to accept purchased materials correctly Prepares modification orders as needed. In charge of all quality assurance and punch list creation with subcontractors Possess a solid foundation in the installation of all finishes, including VWC, tile, carpet, vinyl base, and millwork.- 3+ years of travelling superintendent experience
- Hotel or resort renovation experience
- Multi-Family renovation experience
- Be able to travel 25+ days per month
- Renovation and new build experience
- OSHA knowledge
- Microsoft office and Timberline experience
Compensation starts at $70,000 (DOE)
