Position Overview:

As a Farmers Insurance Sales Professional and Protégé Agent, you'll be an integral part of our team, contributing to the agency's growth and success. This role provides hands-on experience and comprehensive training in sales, marketing, insurance knowledge, customer service, and more.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $35,000 - $40,000 base salary plus commission
• Opportunity to earn 50% Commission (Total Compensation around $60,000 to $90,000)
• Ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship for continuous professional development
