Job description
A leading financial institution in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join its dynamic team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and delivering complex and strategic projects across various domains within the organization. The ideal candidate will have over five years of project management experience, including expertise in project management methodologies such as waterfall, agile, and scaled agile.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects related to Revenue Management Tools from external vendors, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and stakeholder expectations.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Apply change management principles and methodologies to facilitate organizational transitions and maximize user adoption of new technologies.
Identify potential risks and issues related to project implementation and change management and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
Communicate project updates, issues, and risks to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner and provide leadership and guidance to project team members.
Monitor project progress against key milestones and deliverables and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project outcomes.
Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate project performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to Revenue Management Tools and technology implementations and share knowledge and insights with internal teams.
