Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Manicure Instructor to join our faculty. In this role, you will inspire and guide students, equipping them with the skills and knowledge needed for success in the manicuring industry. Join us in nurturing talent and contributing to the growth of future professionals.

Responsibilities:

Develop engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum objectives.
Deliver theoretical and practical instruction in nail care, manicure techniques, and salon sanitation.
Demonstrate proper techniques and industry standards in manicuring.
Cultivate a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and growth.
Provide hands-on guidance and supervision during practical sessions.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Address individual learning needs and provide support as necessary.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in manicuring.
Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment.
Mentor and inspire students in their manicuring journey.
Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and improvement initiatives.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Manicurist or cosmetology license in good standing.
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in manicuring.
Prior teaching or training experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of manicuring principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for educating and mentoring.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in instructional technology.
Commitment to diversity and student success.
Computer proficiency.
Hours and Availability: Day and evening positions available, including partial work-from-home/remote schedule.
