Job Title: Senior Associate - Private Client Services
Job Location: 4 Locations Hiring (Beverly Hills, Woodland Hills, Newport Beach, El Segundo) - 3 days in office/ 2 from home
Job Salary: $80k - $100k+
Requirements: 1-2+ Years of Experience with a Wealth Management, Registered Investment Advisory (RIA), or Investment Banking firm (Series 65 or 66 Highly Preferred)

We are a  (RIAs) founded in 1999 and based in Los Angeles with 200+ employees and over $20 billion in assets under management. We work exclusively with High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth Individuals and their multi-million and billion-dollar businesses as well as their families. Due to continuous growth, we are looking to add a Private Client Services Senior Associate level person to help lead the team! **This is a Hybrid/Remote Role! (3 days in office/ 2 days from home)**

Requirements include Bachelors in Finance, Economics, or related field, 1-2+ Years of Experience with a Wealth Management, Registered Investment Advisory (RIA), or Investment Banking firm (Series 65 or 66 Highly Preferred), and having shown solid tenure in their past roles. What You Will Be Doing

- Onboarding of new High Net Worth clientele
- Working directly with the Wealth Advisors in preparation of allocations and investments
- Active communication with clients - processing inquiries
- Preparing and processing investment paperwork

What You Need for this Position

Required:
- Bachelors in Finance, Economics, or related field
- 1-2+ Years of Experience with a Wealth Management, Registered Investment Advisory (RIA), or Investment Banking firm
- Series 65 or 66 Highly Preferred
