Parts Manager Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Parts Manager to join our team at our brand new Subaru location. As the Parts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the parts department, including inventory management, ordering, sales, and customer service. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the growth and success of our new Subaru dealership.
Parts Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the parts department
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure proper stocking of parts
- Place orders for parts and accessories as needed, ensuring timely delivery
- Develop and implement strategies to increase parts sales and profitability
- Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers
- Train and supervise parts department staff, including hiring and performance management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge related to Subaru vehicles and parts
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements
Parts Manager Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive parts management required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of Subaru vehicles and parts preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
