Mandatory:
| 10 | years | Project Management |
| 8 | years | Managing enterprise-scale data management projects. |
| 8 | years | Managing agile projects at state or federal government agencies or similar |
Desirables:
| 5 | years | Knowledge and experience with common project management systems like Jira, Micro Focus Project Management, etc. |
| 3 | years | Experience with creating Texas Project Delivery Framework deliverables and managing projects using this framework is strongly preferred. |
| 1 | years | Certified PMP |
| 1 | years | Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or other Agile-related certifications |
