Job description
Under minimal supervision, the Commissions Accountant will assist in the day-to-day operations of paying sales commissions to our global sales organization. The ideal candidate would be a self-starter who brings with them a preferred 5 plus years of experience calculating commissions . If interested please apply below
salary: $35 - $48 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities
- Point of Contact for all commission-related questions; provide thorough and
- timely feedback to the sales and sales management teams Support daily commissions administration to include processing bi-weekly,
- monthly and quarterly payments and/or manual adjustments as outlined in the
- plan Review commission payment reports for accuracy and completeness
- Provide cross functional support regarding commissions related inquiries and
- requests
- Use of spreadsheets, ERP systems, and/or dedicated computer programs to
- gather data for payment calculation or analysis
- Proactively developing recommendations to automate and improve the commission process
- Perform cost analysis or modeling of alternative commission plan design or quota levels
Skills * Commissions
- Excel Pivot Tables (4 years of experience is preferred)
- Excel Macros (3 years of experience is preferred)
- Accounting Coursework (4 years of experience is preferred)
