Introduction:
The Customer's office seeks part-time support to measure and detail the success of service or capability operation and enhancements and transitions from one service or capability to another. The role involves analyzing customer needs, providing group facilitation and knowledge transfer, and enhancing current service offerings.

Work Requirements:
- Analyze internal and external customer needs and propose business improvement opportunities.
- Provide group facilitation, interviewing, training, and knowledge transfer.
- Collect, review, edit, and disseminate executive-level communication products.
- Use technical skills and experience to enhance current service offerings and the Customer's mission.
- Analyze system requirements to determine the approach and feasibility of design within time, cost, and security requirement constraints.
Mandatory Skills & Experience:
- Analyze internal and external customer needs and construct business improvement opportunities.
- Provide group facilitation, interviewing, training, and knowledge transfer.
- Collect, review, edit, and disseminate executive-level communication products.
- Analyze system requirements to determine the approach and feasibility of design within time, cost, and security requirement constraints.
- Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale IT systems, identifying dependencies and interoperability, and reviewing end-user use cases.
- Demonstrated experience in preparing cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses.
- Demonstrated experience with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Demonstrated experience communicating complex technical concepts and project information clearly and concisely to technical and non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated experience working seamlessly with Candidates from other organizations and with staff at all levels.
Optional Desired Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrated on-the-job experience with Microsoft PowerBI.
- Demonstrated experience working for the Customer previously.
- Demonstrated experience reviewing system documentation or enterprise-level audit recommendations in relation to Customer security guidelines.
