Our Experienced HVAC Technicians typically work 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Saturday . Some overtime may be required during peak season. This position comes with a competitive starting wage of $25.00/hour and can earn more with incentives and overtime pay . We provide generous benefits and perks , including a 50% copay for health insurance as well as dental, vision, a $1,000 yearly re-sign bonus, personal days, vacation time, and uniforms . QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN EXPERIENCED HVAC TECHNICIAN

• 2+ years of industry experience

• Some sales skills
n
• Ability to travel to jobs within a 35-mile radius of Orlando
n
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
