Here, you're not Join Our Team at La Masseria Our Line Cooks are very important members of our kitchen staff. They are responsible for making sure that food is prepared to the exact specifications of the chef, establishment, and customer. We want our cooks to grow and move up in the kitchen to positions with more responsibility. Salary: $18.00 to $25.00 per hour. Restaurant Line Cook is generally offered a part time opportunity. Our Line Cooks are very important members of our kitchen staff. They are responsible for making sure that food is prepared to the exact specifications of the chef, establishment, and customer. We want our cooks to grow and move up in the kitchen to positions with more responsibility. Key Requiremetns:
* At least 2 years of experience at a fine dining establishment
* A warm and outgoing personality with a passion for food and customer service
* Must have a commitment to deliver a unique and memorable guest experience
* Punctual, patient, and mindful
* Good understanding of wine and beer
* Excellent people skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
* Good team player
* Provide warm, professional & knowledgeable service
* The ability to multi task and work well in a high volume work environment
* Fluent in English and proficiency in other languages is a plus
* Must have valid or be able obtain a food handler card in first 30 days
