LVN - Hospice Palmdale, CA Interim Healthcare Hospice Lancaster, owned and operated by Saint Andrew’s Abbey, is a new hospice agency in the Antelope Valley looking to build a team of compassionate caregivers who will join us in our mission. We recognize all people are created in the image of Christ and we are committed to serving the dying and their families by offering love, compassion, and dignity on the journey home to God. We have a unique opportunity in our Hospice as a Per Diem LVN. We are looking for individuals who are interested in providing compassionate care to our patients and their loved ones. The hospice LVN is responsible for providing personal care services to hospice patients, as well as support in incidental/instrumental activities of daily living under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) and in accordance with the policies and procedures of the Interim HealthCare Hospice and applicable state and federal law or regulation.
