Job description

Pangea's Pizza in Traverse City, MI is looking for hosts/hostesses to join our team for a fun summer season!

Located at 135 E. Front Street in the heart of downtown, this is a fantastic opportunity to experience the energy and excitement of working downtown in the summer. We often see friends apply together to share in the fun of summer employment -but certainly not mandatory :)

Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and hard-working. This is a perfect first job, and there's lots of opportunity to grow into other positions!

Responsibilities

• Knowing our full menu
• Answering the phones and answering questions
• Greeting customers and making them feel welcome
• Estimating wait times for guests
• Seating guests and accommodating them
• Bussing and cleaning tables
• Running the food expo window and taking food to tables

Qualifications

• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
• Strong organizational and motivational skills
