Product Development Manager needed north of Dallas, TX. Open to mostly remote, or entirely remote for the right candidate (with occasional travel). responsibilities:
Product Development Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive product development strategies aligned with company goals.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive innovation.
Project Management:
- Lead cross-functional teams in the successful execution of product development projects.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for new product development.
- Analyze industry trends and customer feedback to inform decision-making.
Prototype Development:
- Oversee the creation of prototypes and ensure alignment with design specifications.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to refine and improve product prototypes.
Quality Assurance:
- Implement and oversee quality control measures throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Work closely with manufacturing partners to ensure product quality meets or exceeds standards.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of product developers.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
