We are a strong healthcare company that builds software products to save lives! We are building out a new business initiative and seeking a Principal Software Engineer with Architecture experience to join the team . You will lead a team of consultants. In this role you will be a hands-on Lead (Principal) Software Engineer, working across Agile teams, rolling up your sleeves developing and architecting solutions. This position is full-stack with a focus on the server side. It's an exciting time as we are rewriting an existing application into the modern MS technology stack. It's important that you have strong .Net, C#, Microservices and multi-threaded programming skills. This is a hybrid position, 2-3 days a week onsite, the rest remote. If you live a little further away, let's talk about what hybrid could look like for you!- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field. Masters degree preferred
- 9+ years of software development experience. Having architecture experience is a huge plus
- Experience with the Microsoft Technology Stack, C#, .Net, multi-threaded programming and microservices
- Experience with service-oriented architecture (SOA) and development of containerized applications
- Demonstrated proficiency in development of various software components, including, but not limited to the flow of information between proprietary hardware interfaces via socket using standard and proprietary protocols
- Experience with API development using GRPC and
- Strong experience working in an Agile environment
- Strong communication skills as this role works across multiple groups and leadership
We offer a base salary up to $160,000 depending on experience, in addition to a bonus and excellent benefits!
