Concept Plus is looking for a Technical Lead to support USAF KDSS and CMS applications implementation and maintenance including cloud migration, system design, enhancement, testing, cybersecurity across all environments (Dev, test, production) and administer the system adhering to required standards..
Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as KDSS/CMS Sustainment Lead and SME. Act as Technical Liaison with all interface partners, define requirements and clarify, manage Engineering Change Proposals (ECRs) and provide Life Cycle Systems Engineering support.
- Provide expert-level knowledge of KDSS sustainment life cycle management activities.
- Develop and evolve the KDSS/CMS product roadmap and backlog.
- Function as the Scrum Master for the Scrum Team and provide technical leadership and guidance for the KDSS/CMS Scrum Team.
- Perform Functional System Administrator (FSA) duties that include ensuring servers, workstations, peripherals, communication devices, and software are on-line and available to support customers.
- As an FSA, be completely knowledgeable in the USAF network capabilities/limitations and the network security policy.
- Comply with the Government policies and procedures required to fulfill the role of FSA.
- Install and configure software and hardware. Enforce access control, set permissions, perform security management functions, and coordinate maintenance call-out with the Virtual Information Center (VIC) help desk.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, MIS, or related field
- 5+ years functional experience with KDSS and CMS systems
- 5+ years of experience in system enhancement and administration on the operational platforms supporting KDSS and CMS.
- 5+ years of experience in Decision Support System applications and their architecture
- 2+ years’ experience with Defense Architectural Framework (DoDAF) Guidance
- 5+ years’ experience in data warehouse, budget development tool (Informatica ETL, Oracle, SAP BOXI, and IBM Planning Analytics)
- 5+ Years experience in Oracle, PL/SQL
- Experience in AGILE Environment
- JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket
- Certified Scrum Master (Need to get certified within 2 months of onboarding)
- Secret Clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- USAF KDSS / CMS experience
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
