We are seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to join our Administrative team and support the Vice President of Internet Technologies & User Privacy. This position requires a tenacious self-starter who can anticipate needs & take initiative to solve problems independently.
In addition to being organized and analytical, you have the strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people across multiple job functions and levels. You love what you do and have the desire to be a phenomenal teammate on an amazing team. Ideally, you have significant experience in assisting executives in your current or past positions. We need a colleague who is resourceful, creative and solution oriented in ambiguous situations.
Key Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years administrative experience, 4 years supporting Director-level or higher is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced deadline driven environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Ability to display a high level of integrity and professionalism in dealing with people at all levels is imperative.
- Ability to utilize tact, diplomacy, discretion and good judgement at all times, but especially when exposed to sensitive or confidential material.
- Will be well organized, detail oriented and have strong time-management skills.
- Possess a “can do” attitude and comfortable operating as part of a greater team of administrative assistants that support one another.
- Enjoys challenging calendar management tasks while prioritizing many competing requests with minimal guidance.
- Accustomed to problem-solving issues in a timely manner and proactively communicating decisions to appropriate individuals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with a strong sense of professionalism.
- Interest and creativity in building team culture and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Interest in learning and growing with the team and ability to proactively look for ways to help the team to function more smoothly across multiple locations is a plus.
- Proficiency with Apple Calendar, Apple Mail, Apple Keynote, Quip, Slack, and other office systems and tools are a plus

This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
Challenging calendar management, organizing in person and virtual meetings while actively utilizing your keen problem solving abilities as challenges arise. You will coordinate regularly with other Executives’ schedules across Apple as well as many cross-functional teams to aid in scheduling.
Scheduling both domestic and international travel and processing expense reports.
Planning and executing department wide demos, presentations, all hands and events.
Tracking and managing department wide budget, overseeing department wide asset tracking and audits, new hire on boarding and coffees. Planning projects of varying complexity while working in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail, accuracy and timeliness.
Partner with the Software Engineering Executive Administrative team on org wide projects and processes
You will be answering correspondence and redirecting as needed to teams and individuals within Apple.

- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $47.75 and $71.65/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
