Job description
We are looking for a nice, helpful, and customer-oriented laundry worker to join our team. The ideal person for the role will have previous experience in a customer-facing role and will be adept at helping customers and providing them with a high level of service. The main purpose of the position is to ensure that customers can complete their laundry tasks with ease, as well as to ensure that items are properly labeled for service.
Responsibilities
Attend to the needs of customers upon entering the premises, including assisting in the use of washers and dryers, delivering tokens, and receiving payments.
Assist customers in obtaining laundry carts or baskets and instructions on where to return them once finished.
Demonstrate the features of washers and dryers to customers and explain all adjustments as needed.
