**Executive Assistant**

**Location:** Las Colinas, Texas (Hybrid: Works both Onsite and Remote)

**Job Description:**

The Executive Assistant plays a vital role in providing administrative support to our President & CEO. Operating with a high level of autonomy, this position requires a thorough understanding of our organization and the ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and discretion.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Act as a trusted business partner to the President & CEO and other senior executives.
- Manage executive scheduling and planning, including meetings, conference calls, and board meetings, while proactively addressing potential scheduling conflicts.
- Draft and prepare correspondence for internal announcements, board meetings, and other communications.
- Coordinate the execution of various agreements and maintain documentation.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations for various uses, including board meetings.
- Plan and coordinate logistics for company events and board meetings.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets.
- Coordinate travel arrangements.
- Manage expenses and submit reimbursements as needed.
- Coordinate technology assistance when necessary.
- Handle mail distribution and office supply procurement.
- Assist with visitor reception and package deliveries.

**Minimum Requirements:**

- Prior experience supporting senior executives in a professional business environment.
- College degree preferred but not required.
- Ability to handle confidential matters with trust and discretion.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 65,000.00 103,000.00 Per Year
