As a member of the Quality lab, you will be responsible for performing a variety of functions that support the site Quality Management System, as well as LC column manufacturing process to ensure that products meet specifications. This includes: Support Administrator for Site Document Control through execution of routine document maintenance procedures in compliance with ISO9001:2015 standards. Performing basic quality control testing on a variety of in-process and finished products. Maintaining documentation and assisting in compliance of data management and reporting within the Quality lab system. Support troubleshooting of customer issues (DEFOA, Team Track) through routine and non-routine testing as needed. Using computers to record, document, report and communicate data/information. Implementing common laboratory processes and procedures. #LI-SV1 Qualifications Critical Skills & Behaviors Ability to optimally perform basic Quality Control test methods according to standard operating procedures. Curiosity about learning new skills and motivated to grow and expand role. Experience with HPLC, ChemStation software is a plus. Good digital literacy, familiar with basic computer software such as Microsoft Office. Familiarity with Sharepoint, Quickbase, SAP and PowerAutomate is a plus. Ability to learn quickly on the job with good attention to detail and accuracy. Validated ability to optimally collaborate and participate in a team environment with an appreciation of the value of working in partnership with others to accomplish company goals that drive value creation. Qualifications Requires higher education or specialized training/certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience 3+ years of relevant experience for entry to this level Solid understanding of manufacturing support functions including Quality Control.
