Job description

Ascension Global Staffing and Executive Search is seeking a Trust and Estates attorney for our client's Rock Hill, SC and/or Charlotte, NC offices. Our client, a full-service Amlaw 200 firm focused on serving the private client market, is seeking an experienced Estates Attorney to join its Carolinas Estates practice. This attorney will have at least Three years of experience in the areas of estate administration and planning.

This position offers an outstanding career opportunity for immediate sophisticated contact and hands-on experience with sophisticated matters in a well-respected Carolinas estate planning practice led by one of the most prominent Estates attorneys in the region.

Requirements:

• 3+ years required, 5+ preferred, of experience in sophisticated estate planning and administration.
• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school with an excellent academic record.
• Admission to the North Carolina or South Carolina bar (preferably both).
• LLM in taxation or estate planning is preferred.
