Job description
As Public Relations and Communications Assistant, you will manage the organization's public relations initiatives for a rapidly expanding event marketing company that provides marketing, advertising, and consulting services to large national companies and corporations.
Resp onsibilities Include:
- Working with internal teams and maintaining open lines of communication with senior management.
- Organizing public relations events and acting as the company's spokesperson.
- Creating and communicating with customers about promotional services
- Creating public relations strategies and campaigns
- Collaborates with consumer, community, employee, and public interest organizations.
- Client representatives are being trained on how to effectively communicate with the general public and employees.
- Analyzing the organization's goals, promotional policies, and needs in order to develop public relations strategies for influencing public opinion and promoting products, ideas, and services.
- Keeping the organization's image and identity intact.
- Working with managers to identify trends and evaluate advertising to see if it is in line with the organization's public relations efforts.
