Job Summary:

The Account Manager is responsible for expanding existing accounts, assist in winning new accounts, help with recruiting strategy and providing exceptional service to all active and prospective customers. The Account Manager works directly with recruiting team to ensure that the clients’ hiring needs and the contract employees’ payroll expectations are met. This role acts as the main point-of-contact for our client(s) and workforce (temp and perm) assigned for this client.

Essential Functions:

• Achieve growth expanding current account relationships and help with winning new accounts

• Build and maintain relationships within accounts by providing quality contractors; proactively market resumes of ideal candidates

• Determine strategies to source candidates online via job boards, social media, and referrals

• Participate in and manage the full life cycle recruiting process for positions with company’s clients

• Maintain and develop ongoing relationships with talent workforce

• Educating candidates on our client's corporate policies and procedures

• Ensure candidate's skill and cultural fit within our client's organization + Maintain the highest level of client satisfaction and our strategic partnership

• Establish (and adjust when necessary) a list of target accounts and prospects using all available internal and external resources

• Conduct well-prepared video and/or face to face meetings with decision makers; get results by asking appropriate questions that qualify business and take advantage of opportunities to create value and meet client needs

• Ensure that client needs are met by taking thorough requirements, prioritizing the requirements, and seeking feedback on our performance

• Achieve placements and revenue targets, maximize profitability by effectively negotiating bill rates and terms; ensure that direct labor rates are in line with market standards

• Perform business development related activities including, but not limited to leading meetings at client sites and client manager, and contractor lunches

• Build relationships with hiring managers

• Resolve any customer service issues quickly

• Communicate account knowledge to team members through meetings

• Manage and develop business partnership with recruiter(s) by reinforcing recruiting fundamentals, requiring accountability and providing consistent feedback

• Manage recruiter performance as needed

Supervisory or Management Responsibilities:

Executes supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Manage recruiter performance as per KPIs assigned.

Qualifications/Skill required:

• Bachelor’s degree

• 2+ years of experience working as an Account Manager managing client relationships

• At least 2 years of experience as a recruiter for technology consulting or staffing firm

• 3-5 years of Staffing, Consulting or Professional Services industry experience

• 2+ years of experience working as a Team Leader for recruitment team

• Experience working with global delivery model (Onsite-Offsite-Offshore)

• Proven experience in establishing, managing and growing customer relationships at different levels

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Organized with ability to manage multiple priorities
