About the Role – Culinary Externship
This is a paid Hyatt externship program for students seeking an understanding of the hospitality and culinary industry. This internship includes exposure to the hotel culinary division as well as certain restaurants on property. The cook extern is responsible for assisting with the preparation of all products as trained in accordance to kitchen standards. They also assist in the bread operation that supplies all in house made breads within the hotel. This role may include other duties or special projects related to bread baking, pastry production, and decorating as assigned by Chef.
Wage Information: The expected pay rate for the position is $20.00/ per hour.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
