Position Details:

Summary of Duties:

The successful applicant is expected to teach undergraduate courses, mentor students, work in collaboration with other units in the College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) and be an active participant in the campus sciences programs. This position will be responsible for covering a range of courses in the field of Biology and Basic Medical Sciences Majors. Primary Course load would include Human Anatomy for Health Occupations (BIO 354) and Introductory Human Physiology (BIO 251) with possible course assignments including but not limited to Introductory Biology: Organismal Biology, Introductory Biology: Cell Biology and Genetics, General Genetics, General Ecology, Evolutionary Biology, Evolution and Society, and Organisms and Global Change.

In accordance with RCW 49.58.110 , the above salary reflects the full salary range for this position. Individual placement within the range is based on the candidate's current experience, education, skills, and abilities related to the position.
