Our client, a growing biopharmaceutical company has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join their team in the Bay Area.
This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite. The Senior HRBP will be a strategic HR leader to this site and a trusted advisor to senior leadership, managers and employees. This role may also have expanded portfolio responsibilities to other client groups outside of the Bay area and even globally. This role will work closely and collaborate with the global HR team on the implementation of strategic Human Resource plans, processes and programs. Including Talent Acquisition and Compensation. Strong experience in all aspects of HR is required. Advanced professionalism, communication, confidentiality, negotiation and problem solving skills is critical. Knowledgeable of California and Federal employment law and standards, as well as one additional global market would be ideal. Experience in start up/high growth Biotech, Pharma or scientific environment is preferred.Job tags
