We're a mid-size service company.
What You'll Be Doing
Supervise a team.
ManageAP and AR functions.
Month-end closing activities.
Prepare/record journal entries.
Prepare and publish consolidated financial statements.
Publish and report company KPI’s and multiple monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
Weekly payroll coding to proper categories and work types.
Filing of monthly sales tax and quarterly use tax.
Filing of business licenses and annual reports.
Full circle fixed asset accounting (capitalization, amortization, tracking, and retirements).
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Qualifications
5 years of accounting experience
2 years of supervisory experience
Ability to work on site
