Analyst, Contract Operations
12+ Months W2 Contract
Lehi, UT (Hybrid)

Become a key player as an  Analyst:
The Contract Operations team is responsible for the processing of all Adobes revenue generating contracts from receipt to system filing as well as creating and maintaining customer master records within Adobes systems. 

This role relies heavily on the candidates ability to prioritize multiple tasks at once while maintaining an exceptionally high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. The role involves dealing with many different internal Adobe departments and is a critical element of Adobes quote-to cash process.

The teams main focus is providing world-wide support for customer master creation and maintenance.

Heres how youll make an impact on the team:

• Acquire and maintain a solid understanding of the complete contract process
• Learn and adhere to company related procedures and processes
• Manage the processing of incoming revenue generating contracts in accordance with established procedures
• Set up and maintain customer records within systems per established procedures
• Handle incoming queries
• Status reporting
• Work as part of a distributed team to achieve common goals and objectives
• Quarter-end activity
• Business Continuity participation
• System testing
• Project participation
• Work with internal teams including Sales, Legal, Credit and Order Management

Heres what youll need to be successful in this role:

• Proven experience in a similar role
• Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience
• A familiarization with SAP, MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• A general knowledge of the contract process at commercial level
• An ability to multi-task, prioritize and work to a very high level of accuracy
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Pay Range:
$18.00 - $20.19/hour
