Job description
Cypress Employment has a client in Mobile, AL looking for an Apartment Facility Maintenance Manager.
Pay is $23-$25 based on experience.

Job Description:
Perform minor routine maintenance tasks, such as repairing equipment, troubleshooting issues, and conducting inspections with housing authorities
HVAC, electrical and or plumbing experience preferred
Drive to locations to check properties and vacancies to make sure everything is in order
Organized and communication a must
Repair minor issues
Do basic turn overs for quick move ins
- Supervise and assist Regional Manager in maintenance projects, ensuring they are completed in a timely manner.
- Provide leadership and guidance to other maintenance staff members.
- Must have own tools
Must have reliable transportation
