Traveling role - Must be located in Nebraska

Job Title: Superintendent
Job Location: Nebraska - Throughout the state for 3-4 nights at a time
Salary: $120k-$140k
Requirements: 5+ Years Experience as Construction Superintendent

We are a well established (200 person) General Contractor with a diverse portfolio of projects spanning acrosss Commercial, Healthcare, banks, Schools, Public works, etc.

What You Will Be Doing

- Manage day-to-day activities to meet project milestones and ultimately meet project completion date
- Manage / supervise construction of projects
- Work closely with the Project Managers and Project Engineers

What You Need for this Position

MUST BE LOCATED IN NEBRASKA AND WILLING TO TRAVEL THROUGHOUT THE STATE

- 5+ years experience as a Superintendent
- Experience with a few of the following projects: Commercial, Schools, Healthcare, Jails, etc.
- Excellent planning and problem-solving skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and subcontractors
- Self-motivated
