Analyst of Supply Chain Management Vendors

Work location: 612 E Lamar Blvd, Arlington, TX 76011. Possibility for remote work after training period.
Work hours: PRN

- This individual will be in contact with Suppliers and help guide them through the process of completing a registration.
- Individual will need to be analytical driven to help improve our ERP system and services.
Here's What You Need
Education
- Bachelor's Degree Business or related field is required.
- Master's Degree MBA or MHA preferred is preferred.
Experience
Education
- H.S. Diploma or Equivalent is required
- Bachelor's Degree Business Administration or related field is required Or
- Associate's Degree with 4 Years additional related experience in lieu of degree is required.
Experience
- 4 Years Relevant healthcare provider supply chain experience, preferably in inventory or a materials management capacity, including a working knowledge of clinical products. (with Degree) is required or
- 8 Years Relevant healthcare provider supply chain experience, preferably in inventory or a materials management capacity, including a working knowledge of clinical products. (without Degree) is required
- 1 Year Working knowledge of contracting and terms and conditions is preferred.
What You Will Do
- Maintains data integrity of supplier master file, including supplier updates, supplier adds, supplier changes, and interface data. Responsible for ensuring documentation and forms for suppliers, which include the W9, supplier ownership, company information sheet, and minority vendor certification are valid.
- Monitor and track sales representatives statuses to ensure compliance.
- Manages vendor onboarding activities for SCM.
- Collaborate with third party sanction vendor to validate compliance. Performs manual supplier sanction validation as needed.
- Maintains supplier account numbers across all locations.
- Completes supplier data initiatives.
- Additional duties
- Individual will need to have a working knowledge of our current supplier administration duties.
- Individual will need to have the knowledge of how we currently set up supplier in our ERP system.
- Individual will need to be able to train new employees on policies/procedures on how supplier are vetted and added to our ERP system.
