Job description
Bethesda Country Club is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the Greens department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Receptionist to Golf Course Superintendent. Schedule meetings, conference calls, appointments with vendors/contractors, interview with job applicants, etc.
- Process and maintain employee payroll, employee records such as paid time off, new hire & termination forms.
- Perform general administrative work (Excel, Word, Outlook, payroll, chemical application record keeping, preparing communications, etc.)
- Track and maintain operational and capital budgets, provide financial reports to Golf Course Superintendent.
- Assist with general inquiries.
Requirements:
- High school degree or equivalent
- 2 years office/administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Bilingual English and Spanish
- Ability to handle and maintain confidentiality
