Description of Work Unit
The College of Business at Colorado State University is an AACSB accredited business school which enrolls more than 4,400 undergraduate students in ten business concentrations and approximately 1,500 graduate students across eight graduate programs. While we are the largest undergraduate and graduate major on campus, we strive to create a small college environment. Colorado State University invites nominations and applications for an Undergraduate Recruitment Coordinator. This is a 12-month administrative professional position eligible for University benefits. The position will work within the College of Business within the Graduate Programs Office and will report to the Director of Recruiting and Admissions.

The mission of the Graduate Programs recruiting team is to facilitate growth and development of 7 graduate programs, 14 graduate certificates and the Colorado State University brand through student recruitment and corporate and community engagement.
The unit is responsible for the development, implementation, and assessment of sales strategies, recruitment activities, processes and systems all of which are designed to attract applicants and yield high-caliber students to the College of Business’ flagship graduate degree programs, comprised of 4 MBA programs and 3 specialized degrees. These programs are critical to the College’s reputation, financial resource generation and overall success.
Position Summary
The Recruitment Coordinator position in the College of Business Graduate Programs Department is responsible for recruiting graduate level students interested in pursuing their master’s business degree and/or graduate certificate programs offered by the College of Business. This position recruits specifically for 4 MBA programs, 3 specialized degrees, and 14 graduate certificates. Responsible for developing and facilitating COB recruiting programming on-campus and in the greater community.
In addition, this position will be actively involved in planning outbound recruiting and communications efforts directed at all potential graduate student prospects and the development and presentation of subsequent reporting requirements.
The successful candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States by the proposed start date; the Graduate Programs department will not provide visa sponsorship for this position.
