Job description

Opportunity for a full time Internal Medicine Primary Care Physician to join our practice in Muncie, IN. Travel may occasionally be required as needed for training, meetings, moonlighting, and cross coverage. This position is J1 eligible.

Requirements:

• M.D. or D.O Degree or its foreign equivalent.
• A current and valid Physician License from the State of Indiana or at time of hire.
• Current DEA licensure and prescriptive authority from the State of Indiana or at time of hire.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in related field.
