WHAT IS REQUIRED TO BE A BOTTLE SERVER?

• Experience serving alcohol

• Sales experience

• Familiarity with state liquor laws

As a Bottle Server, you need to know how to identify signs of intoxication and have the ability to follow responsible alcohol service practices. To be successful in this role, you also need to have excellent communication and customer service skills, strong sales acumen, and the ability to work well in a team environment. If you're kind, friendly, and adaptable, we need you!

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BOTTLE SERVER

n

In this part-time customer service position, your day-to-day responsibilities include welcoming guests, taking orders, and serving drinks. You are also responsible for providing excellent customer service, keeping the bar area clean and organized, and ensuring that all orders are accurate. When customers want to smoke hookah, you set it up and break it down. This fun and flexible position in the restaurant industry is the perfect opportunity for you to gain skills and further your career!

This part-time position works from 9 PM - 1 AM on Fridays and Saturdays .

Established in 2021, SoHo Bistro & Lounge is a new restaurant and bar serving the Manchester area. With delicious appetizers, entrees, and drinks, anyone can find something to enjoy here! Our managing partner, Barry Longshaw has been in the restaurant and nightclub business for over 30 years and is skilled at creating an excellent upscale dining experience. At night, we invite local DJs to come and play music.
