This role provides the opportunity to learn various functions within the foreclosure department and no two days are the same.
Responsible for monitoring post foreclosure loans to ensure that the investor and/or insurer timelines and guidelines are adhered to from marketable title to transfer to claims. Monitors daily and monthly system reports and is responsible for updating and maintaining accurate records. The Specialist is responsible for monitoring auction loans, updating system of record and processing post foreclosure sale funds.

You'll partner with attorneys on evictions and stay within compliance with state laws. You will also partner with the property preservation vendor.
You'll ensure that HUD demands coming in have appeals submitted, all cash is processed per investor guidelines, and ensure deeds are executed and sent back to the attorney.
You'll pay utilities on vacant properties where they are in the Company's name.
You may interact with public safety, including law enforcement if a fire or police report comes in regarding properties.
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of an Associate’s Degree in a business related field and 3-4 years ‘experience in default servicing or equivalent combination of education and experience.
