Hours
- Full time (40 hours per week)
- Monday – Friday
- 8am - 4:30pm
- $19.19/Hour
- Mileage Reimbursement
- Daily pay available
Job Description
- Assists LIFE participants with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, personal hygiene and meals
- Provides mobility and therapy assistance; wheelchair and van transfers; and complete range of motion and other restorative exercises
- Provide personal care as well as various other duties (homemaking, light cleaning, shopping, meal preparation, etc.) for our participants in their homes
- Accurately take and record temperatures, pulses, respirations, blood pressures and weights
- Assists in the day center with serving meals, meal clean up, games, crafts, discussion and other activities
- Properly operates an Albright LIFE vehicle in a safe, responsible, and professional manner when transporting participants to/from the day center, medical appointments, etc.
- Responsible for the transportation and routing of all Albright LIFE participants to Day Center, medical appointments, activity events, social service appointments, patient discharges, miscellaneous transport as approved by the multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications
- Active CNA certificate
- Valid Driver's license
- 1 year experience working with the senior population
