Roots Medical in Denver, CO, US is seeking passionate Healthcare Prescribers-FNPs, PAs, and MDs to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and diagnose medical conditions
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients
- Prescribe medications and other necessary interventions
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment as needed
- Provide patient education and counseling on health management and preventive care
Qualifications:
- Valid US Work Authorization
- Medical License (FNP, PA, MD)
- 2+ years of experience as a Healthcare Prescriber
- Proficiency in diagnosing and treating medical conditions
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals and medication management
- Desire to learn and grow in a health freedom environment
