Job description

We are currently on the lookout for a skilled and motivated Software Developer to join our dedicated team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to the ongoing success of our award-winning construction takeoff software, while also supporting Cloud, AI, and Web development initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain our Dimension takeoff software using C++.
Manage website and backend integration with other systems.
Collaborate with our dynamic team to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions.
Stay abreast of new technologies and frameworks to drive continuous innovation in our projects.
Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and support.

Qualifications:

Minimum 4 years of experience in software development.
Proficiency in MySQL, including stored procedures/functions & normalization.
Skills in C++, MySQL, Win32, StdLib, Cloud, Web Master, and IIS.
Bonus points for experience with Faircom DB, MFC, QT, PHP, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and Vector Math.
Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office.
Strong collaboration skills to thrive as a productive member of a team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, & Word).
Positive and friendly disposition.

Additional Requirements:

High-speed internet and a personal computer are necessary to start.
A company computer will be provided after the evaluation period.
