Sweetwater Property Management is a Professional Multi-Family Property Management Company located in Fayetteville, NC. Do you have a positive attitude? SWPM values every team member, believes in having fun and being balanced. We are looking to hire an Experienced Community Manager for a brand new community in Fayetteville, NC. Anticipated start date will be May 2024.

Our superstar Manager will have experience with lease up/new construction. Will work closely with the President, Vice President, Regional Manager, contractors and more. You are expected to be dedicated, punctual, knowledgeable in multi-family rental, friendly and approachable, and professional.

Responsibilities:

• Market your community brand new community. Build relationships!
• Work on marketing to execute and create marketing and social media plans.
• Manage all leasing duties such as tour applications and final leasing paperwork.
• Plan schedule and host resident events.
• Manage and track expenses to ensure they are in line with budget expectations.
• Standing, lifting, bending.
• Maintain the resident database accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• A professional, happy, trusting and respectful attitude is a must.
