Job description

We are seeking a motivated Revenue Manager to join our team. In this remote, work-from-anywhere role, you will own the revenue strategies for a portfolio of 10-15 hotels across brands such as Hilton, Marriott, IHG, Hyatt, Radisson, Choice, Wyndham, Best Western, and independent boutique hotels.

As our Revenue Manager, your goal will be maximizing revenue across all distribution channels, segments, and sales/marketing activities while ensuring high returns for hotel owners and investment partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor hotel and competitor pricing, availability, strategies, and seasonality. Adjust rates accordingly to grow RevPAR and RevPAR Index.

- Develop and execute data-driven pricing strategies across market segments to maximize revenue, profit, and market share for each hotel.

- Lead weekly strategy meetings, reviewing past decisions, assigning follow-up tasks, analyzing year-over-year performance by segment, etc.

- Manage group blocks, cut-off dates, and displacement analysis to optimize group booking contributions.

- Become an expert in revenue management best practices across major hotel brands. Obtain brand certifications within first year.

- Identify underperformance, create solutions, implement changes, and follow through.

- Conduct business reviews to improve results for underperforming hotels.

- Optimize distribution through online travel agencies, brand.com, GDS, and other channels.

- Use KPIs and yield management tools to uncover revenue opportunities.

- Align sales and revenue management processes to improve efficiency.

Requirements:

- 2-3 years revenue management experience

- 2-3 years using major brand RMS/CRS systems

- Knowledge of PMS platforms like Opera, OnQ, etc.

- CRME, CHDM, CHIA or similar certification (must obtain CRME within 1 year if not certified)

- Multi-property experience preferred

- Proficient in Microsoft Office

- Familiarity with STR, TravelClick, and other hospitality reports

- Strong analytics, strategy, communication, and multitasking skills

- Detail-oriented, results-driven, and ability to manage multiple responsibilities

- Comfort presenting to groups and working cross-functionally

Salary: $ 85,000.00 110,000.00 Per Year
