Success in the role of a Repair Technician/Laborer involves diagnosing and resolving issues with pool equipment, conducting regular maintenance, detecting and repairing leaks, installing new equipment, and upholding water quality and safety standards. Effective communication with clients and meticulous record-keeping of maintenance and repairs are key components of success in this role. No pool experience required – we’ll train you!

Hourly wage of $17.00, with the opportunity to earn up to $36 per hour through production bonus.
Responsibilities for the Repair Technician/Laborer:
Identify and diagnose issues with pool equipment and systems.
Repair or replace faulty components, including pumps, filters, heaters, and plumbing.
Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning filters and adjusting chemical levels.
Conduct leak detection and repair to prevent water loss.
Install and configure new pool equipment and accessories.
Test water quality and make adjustments as necessary.
Provide guidance and recommendations to pool owners on equipment maintenance and usage.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Communicate effectively with clients to explain repair procedures and address concerns.
Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and client interactions.
Requirements for the Repair Technician/Laborer:
Possession of a valid Driver’s License (Required)
Minimum of 1 year of manual labor/construction experience
Basic working knowledge of power tools and experience in construction-related work is advantageous.
Proficiency in operating power tools
Ability to handle heavy lifting (100+ lbs.) and perform strenuous physical labor under challenging field conditions.
Exposure to environmental elements, machinery, and loud noises commonly associated with construction work.
