Department: Football Personnel
Department's Website: Summary
of Job Duties: The Assistant Director of Football Personnel will report to the Director of Football Personnel and assist
with football recruiting by gathering information and tracking recruiting activity. Their assistance will be required for transfer portal
and high school scouting. They will have oversite with pipeline management for the coaches' film evaluation and be involved in special
research projects for football. This position will be required to assist with on-campus recruiting events and the hosting of recruits during
visits.
Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain
collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
Qualifications: Minimum
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education
- One year of athletic
personnel/recruiting experience at the NCAA Division I football or similar experience (i.e. NFL)
- Experience with XO's film

Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working in SEC and/or Power Five conference
- Experience with
athletic personnel/recruiting experience within Southeastern Conference Football
- Experience in computer systems including, but not
limited to, Microsoft Office Suite, and major social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook...)
- Experience evaluating prospect
