Job Description



The Project Manager has a key role to the successful delivery of the Wiper Systems. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage organization of various client projects.

With us you can work with local or global projects where you lead an international multi-disciplinary project team and work through the various phases of the project. Creating structure and team spirit, as well motivating and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

The Project Manager identifies the project's objectives and scope, and which activities will deliver the desired results. You will create plans and schedules tasks, and resources required, oversees day-to-day execution, and monitors progress to ensure that the project stays on track within the designated budget and timeline from start to finish, manage risks and issues, and identifies lessons learned for improvement in future projects. You will report to a management level responsible for the business success of their project outcomes. The Project Manager is a key interface between the Automotive Customer and the Project Team and negotiates project trade-offs internally and with customer.

Objectives

Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation

Lead projects and engineering changes from requirements definition through industrialization, identifying objectives, scopes, schedules, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation

Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget

Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met

Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes
