Art Consultant - Brand Ambassador

From curation to installation, Willow Street Pictures provides exclusive artwork exhibits to select businesses. We believe in the power of art to create a more inspired, positive experience in the world.

What You Will Do

The Gallery Coordinator starts their day from one of our studios and utilizes the company’s state of the art CRM software for daily tasks and managing company interactions with current and future businesses. They will take that information to execute targeted company goals to expand our already thriving exhibition territories.

This will include some office days where the candidate is making and following up via the phone with existing exhibitions as well as creating new relationships that they will solidify in person when they travel to their targeted locations within a sixty mile radius in a company vehicle.

On the road, the Gallery Coordinator has in-person interactions with these targeted businesses that include both cold walk-ins along with maintaining relationships with established exhibits. In addition, we will provide the opportunity for the Gallery Coordinator to create new leads at relevant trade shows within their territories.

The candidate that will thrive in this particular position is the unique individual who can bridge the worlds of art and commerce.

Responsibilities

• Identifying personas for our artwork exhibits
• Securing agreements for wall space for the exhibits
• Custom tailoring artwork for each business location
• Managing exhibit locations and regularly maintenance of the displays
• Printing and installing artwork (training will be provided)
• Trade show booth representative
• Enthusiastic, passionate, and proactively maintaining communication channels with new/current clients (i.e. business/practice managers, secretaries, etc.)

Your Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the Outside Sales/Business Development field
• Experience with CRM Software (i.e. Active Campaign) (preferred)
• Visual and spatial skills for designing artwork displays
• Ability to work independently, on-the-road, and be a team player
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Experience with cold calls, cold walk-ins, and warm walk-ins (preferred)

Salary

$40,000 plus bonus
