The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of our Maintenance and Snow Operations Divisions, ensuring efficient workflows, safety compliance, and effective team leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage our Crew Leaders and Crew Members, fostering a team-oriented environment.
- Enforce adherence to safety regulations, maintaining a strong safety culture within the company.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring quality and timely service.
- Collaborate with the management team to create and manage budgets, ensuring financial efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and implement effective strategies to optimize workflows.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership and team-building skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Knowledge of mowing techniques, equipment, and materials.
- Experience in budgeting and resource management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in Snow Operations.
- Experience managing and leading a diverse team of 30 individuals or more.
